Currently, Flora’s Vanity supports customers to return and exchange products within 30 days of purchase.

We will receive the product back with unused condition, with its label intact and unpacked.

After contacting the store about return and exchange issues, you can return the product to Flora’s Vanity via postal service or express courier (Transaction fee will be paid by the customer).
