CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
- All members will be judged on a yearly basis.
- For Premium and VIP members, if the minimum quota is not met each year, a new member will be reclassified.
MEMBER RANGE DURATION
- For Welcome class: Until membership cancellation.
- For Premium and VIP tiers: Membership tier will be maintained when the customer has purchased the required amount of the membership tier by December 31 of each year.
POINTS ACCUMULATE
- Accumulated points will automatically expire and cannot be restored if you do not make any purchases by December 31 of each year.
- In case you have used points but later decide to return the goods, the points that are refunded will be according to the current time limit.
- In case you cancel your member account, all accumulated points will expire and cannot be restored.
- Policy to redeem accumulated points: 1,000 VND = 1,000 points.
- Customers can redeem points at any time, points will be deducted from the order.
